What warranty do you provide?
We offer a 3-year global warranty for the whole bed frame and a 2-year warranty for core electric components including motors and control panels. Consumable parts such as mattress covers and castors enjoy 1-year free warranty. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement of defective spare parts and remote technical support. For out-of-warranty products, we offer cost-effective original spare parts supply and lifelong after-sales consulting service.
Do you offer shipping and installation support?

All medical beds are shipped with modular packaging to reduce transportation damage. We provide free detailed English paper installation manuals and step-by-step installation video tutorials.
